What is PortableApps?
PortableApps.com is a platform that packages popular apps — including Inkscape — in a standardised portable format. You install the PortableApps Platform on a USB drive (or any folder), then add apps from its built-in store. Everything stays on the USB — no registry entries, no files on the host PC.
